Everyone gets an analyst.
Nobody gets data they shouldn't see.
A real analyst does the whole job — learns your business, finds the answer, recommends what to do, and says so when the data can't answer. Qeries does all of it in one place, and governs every answer, so you can give it to everyone.
The whole idea, in ninety seconds.
Best with sound on.
Self-serve for everyone. Governed by you.
Most BI tools force a trade-off: give people freedom to explore, or keep tight control of what they see. Qeries removes it. Anyone can ask a question and get an answer in seconds — and every answer runs through the same governance you set once: who can see which data, down to the row, and who can share it.
Every part of this exists somewhere. All of it together doesn't.
Most teams end up with a chat tool, a dashboard tool and an agent tool — three products that each do one part of an analyst's job, none of which learn your business or govern the answer. Qeries is the whole loop, and it compounds.
1 · It learns your business
What each dataset means, its grain, its metrics, the words your organisation actually uses. Every answer after that is better than the last — month six is not month one.
2 · It reaches your data — and checks it
Warehouses, databases, cloud storage and apps, or a spreadsheet dropped in for one ad-hoc question. Then it measures the data before you rely on it: what's actually missing, whether the key is unique, whether a join is about to multiply your rows.
3 · It investigates from several angles
Multi-step questions, and specialist AI agents answering in parallel under their own briefs — where they disagree, you see the disagreement instead of an average. It can compare against external data, or bring it into the analysis.
4 · It recommends — and tracks the decision
Not a closing paragraph. A durable record with a quantified impact, the basis for that number, the evidence behind it, and a status: proposed, accepted or rejected, done — with who decided and when.
5 · It never guesses
It won't invent a number to fill a gap. When the data can't answer, it says so, explains why, and offers the nearest question it can answer — which is what makes everything above worth trusting.
6 · Yours, or the organisation's
The same answer as a chat, a deep dive, or a tile on the dashboard you review every Monday. Subscribe to it, export it — or publish it, so it stops being your analysis and becomes the company's.
The whole workflow — ask, build, govern, share — in one place.
Everything a modern data team needs, without pulling the data team into every question.
Ask in plain language
Type a question the way you'd say it out loud — in English, German, French, or another language. Qeries turns it into a governed query, runs it read-only, returns the right chart, and writes the takeaway back in the language you asked in.
- No SQL required — analysts can still open the query when they want
- Answers grounded in your real data, with locale-correct number formats
- Ask follow-ups in the same conversation to refine the result
Dashboards, built by AI
Describe the dashboard you want and Qeries designs the tiles, picks the right chart for each, writes the queries, and lays it out. Refine any tile, resize, re-sort, and save.
- From a sentence to a full board in seconds
- Every chart type — lines, bars, tables, flows — chosen to fit the question
- Edit, filter, and arrange without touching a query
- Comparisons that hold — previous period, year over year, year-to-date measured to the same day
- A written summary on any tile, which flags itself out of date when the data moves
- Scheduled by email and rendered per recipient, so each person gets only their own rows
Permissions that actually hold
Grant access by person or by group, at the dashboard, folder, or data-source level — with a clear, deny-wins model. Sharing a link means the recipient requests access, which you or an admin approve. There's no "anyone with the URL" back door.
- View, explore, or manage — precise capability levels
- Inherit from folders or set rules per asset
- Request-and-grant sharing with an owner approval step

One dashboard, many audiences
Publish a single dashboard and let each viewer see only the rows they're entitled to — their region, their accounts, their team. It's enforced on the server as part of the query, and it fails closed: if a policy can't be resolved, it shows nothing rather than leaking.
- Rules by user or group, mapped to your data's own columns
- Enforced server-side — never hidden in the browser
- Applies to live views and to scheduled sends alike
Every client in its own space
Give each organization a private workspace with its own users, data, connections, and dashboards. Nothing crosses the wall — ideal for agencies serving multiple clients, or for keeping business units cleanly separated.
- Fully isolated workspaces — no shared visibility
- Onboard a new organization in minutes
- Optional dedicated or in-region hosting per client

Scheduled reports & connected data
Send governed snapshots on a schedule — daily, weekly, monthly — with each recipient receiving only what their access allows, so a report never reaches someone without a seat. And connect the data you already have: your warehouse, databases, live connections, or a simple file upload.
- Recipients must be users with access — a commercial and security boundary
- Per-tab and per-chart subscriptions
- Warehouses, databases, live sources, and Excel/CSV uploads
From raw data to a governed answer in four steps.
Connect your data
Point Qeries at your warehouse, a database, a live source, or an upload. It's brought in governed and read-only — nothing is written back.
Ask or generate
Ask a question, or describe a whole dashboard. Qeries writes the query, runs it, and builds the visuals with a plain-language summary.
Set who sees what
Grant access by person or group, and add row-level rules so one dashboard safely serves many audiences.
Share & subscribe
Publish to the people with access, and schedule snapshots to their inbox — automatically, on your cadence.
Built to be handed your customers' data.
Governance isn't a setting you switch on — it runs through every query, every share, and every scheduled send.
Encrypted & authenticated
Connection credentials sealed at rest; login with roles and revocable sessions. HTTPS everywhere, secure cookies, and modern security headers.
Row-level security that fails closed
Policies are enforced server-side and inside the query. If one can't be resolved, it denies rather than leaks — the safe default.
Governed AI
The assistant reads only approved data through a guarded query layer with a read-only allow-list — it can't run arbitrary commands or reach beyond what you've permitted.
Hosted in the EU
Your data stays in-region by default. Dedicated instances, in-country hosting, or deployment in your own cloud are available for regulated clients.
Isolated by organization
Every client is a separate workspace with its own users, data and dashboards. Cross-workspace access is denied by default and enforced on the server, not in the browser.
Audit & cost control
Logins, permission changes, shares, and sends are recorded per workspace, and AI usage is rate-limited with a hard spend ceiling.
Made for teams that need answers and control.
Agencies & consultancies
Serve every client from one platform, each in a private, branded workspace — with the row-level and access controls to keep them fully separated.
Teams wanting self-serve
Let everyone ask their own questions and build their own dashboards, while your data team keeps governance, definitions, and access under control.
Products embedding analytics
Give your own customers governed dashboards inside your product, each seeing only their data — without building a BI stack from scratch.
